She has worked with Board Level, C-Suite, and functional executives. Christian has a proven record in implementing sustainable initiatives that address complex business issues and is known for excellent teaming capabilities.

Christian has led large global teams, managed budgets ranging from $50K to $15 million, and developed staffing models for Fortune 1000 clients to create talent pipeline models for a large integrated internal audit function. It is this experience that led Christian to build and grow Christian Young Consulting Group with a focus on tangible returns for your business.
